In the dawn of 2025, Nordsee-Zeitung published an article on the AWIPEV research station in Ny-Ålesund and how festivities are celebrated in this northernmost settlement. The article examined the question of why research in the Arctic is so important for climate protection. In this context, the article also presented our YESSS project.
